Paradisus Varadero Resort & Spa (Adults Only), Varadero

My stay at 1122 was a mixed experience. Despite its excellent central location, the room was in need of updating. The hotel staff displayed occasional lack of enthusiasm, impacting the overall rating. However, the beautiful beach and private atmosphere were highlights of the stay.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with comfortable rooms that exceeded my expectations, although they had a slightly worn-out Cuban charm. The service was amazing, with quick responses to all our needs, especially by the friendly staff at different areas of the hotel. The location was great overall, although there were some areas under construction that we were not informed about. I came to Cuba for the beaches, not the food and rooms at this hotel. The rooms were very dated, smelled of smoke, and were musty. However, I did enjoy the section called 'Royal Service' which provided a different experience.
